Important Terms & Conditions
- London Body Clinic is a by appointment only clinic – no walk ins.
- All communication is via email only on hello@londonbodyclinic.uk
- We are a busy clinic and shall not leave a client to answer the phone thus all communication is via email only.
- Please note once you email you will receive an auto-reply and please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
There is a 10 min max lateness policy – should you attend 10 mins or more late then we shall not carry out your treatment and you shall forfeit that session. - All direct sales are final and non refundable
- Cancellations and change of date must be min 48 hours in email not including weekends.
- All direct paid purchases are final and non refundable.
- No children under the age of 16 are permitted entry due to lasers.
- Please note the medical and Fitzpatrick form must be completed in full and with honesty.
- Should you attend and information is different or has been omitted you shall lose that session and a refund shall not be given or money refunded for that session.
- Reservations are made upon full non refundable payment or voucher redemption only.
- Please attend alone as we are compliant with Covid.
Booking & Clinic Policy

You can book your treatment through our Treatwell page or via email. We respond to all bookings in chronological order. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to provide you with additional details or confirmation.
Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing all important information, including parking details. Our Treatwell system will send a reminder 24 hours in advance, followed by a text message on the morning of your appointment.
We reserve a specific time slot for your treatment. Because the clinic is usually fully booked, we cannot treat you if you are more than 10 minutes late. We will never compromise on safety to accommodate lateness.
Please notify us via email at least 48 hours before your appointment if you cannot attend. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. If we are not advised within this timeframe, your booking will unfortunately count as a used session.
